• Room can fit up to 250 people if not using tables
• Room can easily cater for 120 people seated
• Air-conditioned (ducted)
• Ceiling Fans
• Stage area (with curtains) and ‘green room’ for performances
• 250 stackable chairs
• 16 tables (fold away) – each table can fit 6-8 people
• Bar area – with glass washer
• Kitchen (no stove but microwave, urn, large fridge/freezer)
• Cutlery and crockery for 150 people (extra cost)
• Off street parking for guests approx. 50 cars
